Job description

Ribatis, éditeur logiciel spécialisé dans le domaine du e-gov recrute deux (2) conseillers (ères) support utilisateurs qui auront les responsabilités suivantes :


  • Assister les utilisateurs dans la prise en main des nouveaux e-services ;

  • Assurer les actions d'administration fonctionnelle des plateformes digitales offrant ces e-services,

  • Le support utilisateurs est majoritairement assuré via téléphone, vous serez cependant périodiquement amené à intervenir sur quelques principaux sites client.


 

Profil



Le poste de conseiller(e) support utilisateurs requière ce qui suit :

  • Formation initiale : Minimum bac+3 en Informatique/Commerce/ Marketing ou équivalent.

  • Expérience professionnelle : Expérience souhaitable au sein d'un centre d’appel.

  • Compétences Techniques :


ü  Excellent niveau de communication en français et en arabe ;

ü  Maîtrise et pratique réelle d’une plateforme informatique (crm, erp, …etc.).
