**What You’ll Be Doing**
As a **Logistics Operations Specialist** , you will be responsible for managing end-to-end import and export operations, ensuring full compliance with local regulations, and supporting smooth delivery and billing processes aligned with project milestones.
Your main responsibilities will include:
**Logistics Operations Management**
+ Oversee import and export activities in compliance with customs and regulatory requirements (ANRT, MCI, COC).
+ Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, and local authorities to ensure timely shipment and delivery.
+ Track inbound and outbound logistics flows and proactively address any operational issues.
**Customer Fulfillment, Delivery & Billing**
+ Prepare and issue delivery notes and invoices upon goods receipt.
+ Validate delivery documentation to ensure alignment with agreed terms and project timelines.
+ Monitor delivery progress and ensure customer satisfaction through timely and accurate fulfillment.
**Logistics Issue Resolution**
+ Investigate and resolve discrepancies, including missing documentation and invoice mismatches.
+ Act as a primary contact for clients regarding logistics and delivery concerns.
+ Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Accounting, Supply Chain) to optimize processes and resolve issues efficiently.
**Regulatory Compliance**
+ Ensure adherence to all local regulations and maintain up-to-date documentation for audits and inspections.
+ Manage required permits, certificates, and authorizations related to import/export activities.
**Who We’re Looking For**
We’re seeking a detail-oriented and proactive professional with strong organizational and communication skills.
**Key qualifications:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
+ 2–4 years of experience in logistics, import/export, or supply chain operations.
+ Strong understanding of local regulations (ANRT, MCI, COC) and customs procedures.
+ Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with ERP systems.
+ Fluent in English and French.
