**Votre mission :**

En tant que **Responsable Production - Secteur** , vous serez le/la garant.e de la performance industrielle d’un secteur de production organisé en îlots ou lignes.

Vous piloterez les équipes, les moyens et les flux dans une logique d’amélioration continue, de montée en compétences et de respect des standards qualité, sécurité et environnement.

**Vos responsabilités**

+ Gérer les capacités et les moyens de production de votre secteur.
+ Encadrer, animer et développer les ressources humaines de votre équipe (large équipe).
+ Promouvoir une culture d’amélioration continue et de performance industrielle.
+ Garantir l’application des procédures qualité et des règles HSE.
+ Agir avec intégrité et respecter les normes éthiques les plus élevées.

**Profil recherché :**

+ Formation initiale scientifique ou technique (BAC scientifique ou technique), complétée par un diplôme d’ingénieur ou un master en génie industriel, mécanique ou équivalent.
+ Expérience avérée dans le management d’équipes de grande taille (minimum 80 personnes) dans un environnement industriel structuré.
+ Bonne connaissance des flux de production et des outils d’optimisation.
+ Anglais professionnel requis (échanges avec des équipes internationales).
+ Leadership, rigueur, sens de l’organisation et excellent relationnel.
