Hiring an Operations Manager for a cleaning company in Saudi Arabia
About The company :
It's a cleaning company specialized in general cleaning , marble polishing, furniture cleaning, facade washing, insect control, facilities management and sterilization in Riyadh- Saudi Arabia.
Work location : KSA
Organizational unit/human resources department
Tasks and responsibilities:
• Communicate to make decisions related to operational activities and set strategic goals.
• Planning and monitoring the workflow on a daily basis to ensure work is easy and without obstacles.
• Supervising employees from various departments and providing constructive feedback
• Regularly evaluate the efficiency of work processes in accordance with organizational objectives and make suggestions for improvements.
• Manage procurement operations and coordinate resource and resource allocation.
• Managing relationships and agreements with external partners.
• Evaluating overall performance through collecting, analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.
• Examining financial data and managing it towards reducing costs and limiting the resources used intelligently.
• Developing work to suit customer requirements.
• Submitting work reports to the Executive Director and subsequent analyses.
• Setting priorities and supervising their implementation in a manner consistent with the previously set goals.
• Distributing tasks in proportion to the experiences and responsibilities of a team and working to clarify them to avoid confusion or making any mistakes.
