Job description

**Description:**

+ Veiller à ce que l'équipe d'Hébergement respecte la promesse de la marque et fournisse un service exceptionnel aux clients en tout temps.
+ Assurer que l'équipe d'Hébergement offre également un excellent service aux clients internes,
+ Gérer toutes les plaintes et demandes des clients et clients internes de manière courtoise et efficace, en veillant à ce que les problèmes soient résolus de manière satisfaisante.
+ Maintenir des interactions positives avec les clients et les collègues, favorisant de bonnes relations de travail.
+ Informer le Responsable de l'Hébergement des demandes de fournitures nécessaires pour l'Hébergement.
+ Effectuer l'inventaire des fournitures et des équipements d'exploitation selon les exigences du département des finances.
+ Signaler tout problème de contrôle des nuisibles au Directeur de l'Hébergement.
+ Effectuer des inspections régulières des chambres, en veillant à ce que les normes de propreté soient maintenues à tout moment.
+ S'assurer qu'aucune chambre défectueuse ou sale ne soit vendue à un client.
+ Assurer la bonne gestion et le contrôle des objets trouvés.
+ Effectuer des inspections fréquentes et approfondies des chambres des clients et des zones de chambres en général, en collaboration avec le Responsable de la Réception et le Directeur de l'Hébergement.
+ Veiller à ce que toutes les chambres VIP d'arrivée quotidienne, les chambres avec demandes spéciales et les chambres des clients de longue durée soient préparées avec les bienvenues et autres commodités appropriées.
+ Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les départements de la Réception et de l'Ingénierie pour bloquer les chambres si nécessaire pour maintenance.
+ S'assurer que tous les standards minimaux de la marque de l'entreprise ont été mis en œuvre et que les standards optionnels de la marque ont été mis en œuvre lorsque cela est approprié.
+ Répondre aux résultats de l'Audit Client et veiller à ce que les changements pertinents soient mis en œuvre.
+ Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les autres membres de la direction de manière solidaire et flexible, en se concentrant sur le succès global de l'hôtel et la satisfaction des clients.
+ S'assurer que les Assistants Managers de l'Hébergement, les Chefs d'Équipe et les Agents travaillent de manière solidaire et flexible avec les autres départements, dans un esprit d'équipe.
+ Veiller à ce que l'opération quotidienne fonctionne sans heurts.

+ Sens du détail et du service client.
+ Bonne organisation et gestion des priorités.
+ Capacité à travailler en équipe et à communiquer efficacement.
+ Flexibilité et disponibilité selon les besoins opérationnels.
+ Connaissance des standards de luxe en hôtellerie (souhaitée).

**Qualifications**

+ Expérience préalable en Housekeeping dans un hôtel haut de gamme souhaitée.
+ Maîtrise du français et connaissances de l’anglais (atout).
+ Bonne condition physique pour répondre aux exigences du poste.
