Executive Sous Chef Job Opening In CASABLANCA – Now Hiring Hyatt


Job description

**Description:**



+ Veiller à ce que tous les points de vente et banquets soient gérés efficacement selon les concepts établis et en conformité avec les politiques, procédures et normes minimales de l’entreprise et de l’hôtel.

+ Aider à la mise en place d’une équipe flexible, avec un bon équilibre entre employés permanents et temporaires.

Répartir les collaborateurs dans la division en fonction du niveau d’activité prévu pour la journée.

+ Assigner les responsabilités aux subordonnés et vérifier périodiquement leurs performances.

+ Représenter le département de la cuisine au comité exécutif de l’hôtel en l’absence du Directeur de la Restauration et des Opérations Culinaires.

+ Apporter un soutien aux autres départements en fonction des priorités de l’hôtel et du niveau d’activité anticipé.

+ Surveiller les standards de service et de qualité des aliments et boissons dans tous les points de vente et banquets.

Travailler avec les responsables de points de vente, le responsable des banquets et les chefs de cuisine pour prendre les mesures correctives nécessaires.

+ Établir et mettre en œuvre des standards de performance pour les achats, en collaboration étroite avec le responsable des achats, afin d’assurer une opération efficace et rationalisée.

+ Établir, mettre en œuvre et contrôler les standards de performance pour les opérations de plonge dans les cuisines et restaurants, afin d’atteindre les plus hauts standards d’hygiène, de minimiser la casse du matériel et d’assurer une gestion efficace des ressources et équipements.

+ Être présent et en service pendant les périodes de forte affluence, en assurant fréquemment l’ouverture et la fermeture des opérations.

+ Effectuer des inspections fréquentes et approfondies avec les chefs de cuisine.

+ Gérer les demandes des clients et des collaborateurs de manière courtoise et efficace.

Signaler les plaintes ou problèmes aux superviseurs si aucune solution immédiate ne peut être trouvée, et assurer un suivi auprès des clients.

+ Réaliser les inventaires trimestriels, semestriels et annuels du matériel d’exploitation.



+ S’assurer que tous les employés de la cuisine respectent la promesse de la marque et offrent un service exceptionnel à tout moment.

+ Gérer les demandes des clients et des employés de manière efficace et courtoise.

+ Être exigeant et critique en ce qui concerne les standards de service.

+ Diplôme en arts culinaires.

+ Expérience confirmée (minimum 7 ans) dans un poste similaire, idéalement en hôtellerie haut de gamme.

+ Excellentes compétences en leadership, organisation et communication.

+ Maîtrise des normes d’hygiène et de sécurité alimentaire.

+ Créativité, rigueur, sens du détail et esprit d’équipe.
