Notre client, un hôtel de luxe situé à Rabat, recherche un Directeur des Ventes & du Marketing afin de piloter la stratégie commerciale et marketing, et de positionner l'établissement comme une référence incontournable dans la région.
Cet hôtel, à forte orientation Leisure, accueille une clientèle internationale exigeante ainsi que des segments diversifiés : affaires, MICE, groupes, diplomatique et gouvernemental.
Le Directeur des Ventes & du Marketing aura pour responsabilité de définir et mettre en œuvre la stratégie commerciale globale, en assurant la croissance du chiffre d'affaires et la visibilité de l'hôtel.
Responsabilités clés :
Définir, piloter et exécuter la stratégie de ventes et marketing, en ligne avec les objectifs de l'hôtel et du groupe.
Développer tous les segments de clientèle : leisure (priorité), corporate, MICE, diplomatique et gouvernemental.
Analyser le marché, identifier les opportunités de croissance et adapter la stratégie en conséquence.
Superviser les ventes directes, les partenariats stratégiques, le digital et la communication.
Assurer la visibilité de l'hôtel sur les marchés locaux et internationaux, notamment via le digital, les salons professionnels et les partenariats travel trade.
Gérer et accompagner l'équipe commerciale et marketing, en développant les compétences et l'engagement.
Élaborer et suivre le budget annuel, assurer un reporting régulier auprès de la direction générale.
Représenter l'hôtel lors d'événements et auprès des partenaires stratégiques.
Expérience confirmée en tant que DOSM dans l'hôtellerie de luxe, idéalement au Maroc ou dans un environnement international similaire.
Excellente connaissance du segment Leisure, avec une capacité à couvrir également les autres segments (Corporate, MICE, Diplomatique, Gouvernemental).
Réseau solide auprès des acteurs clés du secteur (agences de voyages, tour-opérateurs, OTA, entreprises, institutions).
Forte orientation résultats et sens aigu de la stratégie commerciale.
Leadership naturel, compétences managériales et capacité à fédérer une équipe multiculturelle.
Excellente maîtrise du français et de l'anglais ; l'arabe constitue un atout supplémentaire.

Our client, a luxury hotel located in Rabat, is seeking a Director of Sales & Marketing to lead the commercial and marketing strategy, positioning the property as a benchmark destination in the region.
With a strong Leisure orientation, the hotel caters to an international high-end clientele as well as diversified segments: corporate, MICE, diplomatic and governmental.
The Director of Sales & Marketing will be responsible for designing and executing the overall commercial strategy, driving revenue growth and brand visibility.
Main responsibilities include:
Define, implement, and monitor the sales & marketing strategy in line with the hotel and group objectives.
Develop all customer segments: Leisure (priority), Corporate, MICE, Diplomatic, and Governmental.
Analyze market trends, identify business opportunities, and adjust strategies accordingly.
Oversee direct sales, strategic partnerships, digital marketing, and communications.
Ensure visibility of the hotel in local and international markets, including digital presence, professional trade shows, and travel trade partnerships.
Lead, mentor, and develop the sales & marketing team, fostering performance and engagement.
Prepare and manage the annual budget, ensuring accurate reporting to the General Manager.
Represent the hotel at key events, exhibitions, and with strategic partners.
Proven experience as DOSM or Director of Sales within the luxury hospitality sector, ideally in Morocco or an international environment.
Strong expertise in the Leisure segment, with the ability to cover all other business segments (Corporate, MICE, Diplomatic, Governmental).
Established network with key travel trade players (agencies, tour operators, OTAs, corporations, institutions).
Results-oriented mindset with strong business acumen and strategic vision.
Natural leadership with solid team management skills and ability to engage multicultural teams.
Fluency in French and English; Arabic would be an additional asset.
