Dans le cadre du développement des activités de notre groupe international au Maroc, nous recrutons un(e)Consulant SAP SuccessFactors .


Vos principales responsabilités :


+ Configurer et paramétrer Employee Central : gérer les structures organisationnelles, workflows, Business Rules, et plus encore.

+ Analyser et comprendre les besoins métier afin de les traduire en exigences fonctionnelles pour SuccessFactors.

+ Gérer les permissions avancées (RBP) et garantir la sécurité des données RH.

+ Respecter les standards SAP et appliquer les meilleures pratiques du secteur.

+ Assurer l'intégration avec d'autres modulesSAP SuccessFactorset systèmes externes viamiddleware.

+ Participer aux tests (UAT) et à la conduite du changement, tout en assurant la documentation et la formation des équipes.

+ Créer et maintenir des rapports avancés pour une meilleure visibilité des données.

+ Accompagner les phases de migration de données, de l'extraction au chargement.

+ Contribuer aux déploiements multi-pays et à la digitalisation des processus RH.

+ Gérer le support N3 et suivre les évolutions liées aux releases SAP.



Profil recherché :


+ Formation : Bac+5en informatique.

+ 3 ans d’expériencesur SAP SuccessFactors comprenantun ou plusieurs projets d'implémentationde moduleSAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.

+ Certification SAP SuccessFactors(Employee Central).

+ Connaissance d'autres modules SAP SuccessFactors (PMGM,Recrutement, etc.).

+ Expérience avec les outils de gestion de projet (ex:Azure DevOps,ServiceNow).

+ Maîtriseobligatoire du françaiset de l'anglais à l'oral et à l'écrit.

+ Avoir un bon relationnel , un sens du service , un esprit d’analyse et de synthèse.

+ Être autonome et faire preuve d'une grande disponibilité.

+ Faire preuve de rigueur, curiosité et de proactivité.
